In-Year Admissions

All in-year applications should be made direct to The Hazeley Academy.  The Guidelines and In-Year Application Form can be found by applying online using this link:

Admission to The Hazeley Academy for your child - this form should be completed if you are seeking admission to The Hazeley Academy in years 7-11 after the normal point of admission (year 7 September). Parents should be aware that this is an oversubscribed school with more applicants than places available and that every year many parents are unsuccessful in their application for a place. If your child has an Education, Health, and Care Plan EHCP, please do not complete this form. Contact must be made through the Local Authority Special Needs Team on 01908 253414 who will advise on the admissions process.
To enable the application to be processed, we require confirmation of your child’s date of birth, and proof that you and your child are living at the address stated on the application form. The Hazeley Academy reserves the right to make its own enquiries to verify any information supplied on admission application forms. If the Academy discovers that a place has been given to a child based on false, inaccurate, or misleading information, it will withdraw the place.
Prospective applicants should note that it is not The Hazeley Academy’s policy to allocate a place for a child to a year above or below that of the child’s chronological age.
For your application to be considered, all sections of the form must be completed and the appropriate documentation enclosed. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing the application.
Where no place is available you will be advised in writing and informed of your right to request an independent appeal. Further information on the appeal process can be found below. Verbal or telephone applications will not be considered.
