Parentpay

We operate a cashless lunch payment system. Your child will be able to purchase food from the canteen using their fingerprint.

No cash is accepted in the canteen or in the Finance Office for catering.  You can credit your child’s account using our preferred payment method of ParentPay  - https://www.parentpay.com/

ParentPay allows you to easily track your child’s spending as well as offering the security of not sending your child in to school with cash.

If a student has no money on their account or has forgotten their lunch then they should go to the canteen at lunchtime and speak to the Cucina staff. They will be allowed to go overdrawn on their lunch account for one day, and one occasion only. The overdrawn balance must be repaid by the following day. 

If your child needs help with budgeting, our Student Services Department can set a Daily Limit on their account for you.

Free School Meals

If you think your child is eligible for Free School Meals an application can be made to the school here

Once your application is successful you will receive notification direct from the application provider. It may take a few days for this to be reflected on your child’s account. Please email your successful application to data@thehazeleyacademy.com

Trips

Consent and payment for all school trips are made via www.parentpay.com.

No cash or cheques are accepted for school trips, events or revision guides. Consent cannot be made verbally, in writing or via email

We advise you set-up e-mail alerts on ParentPay as well as receiving the notifications from school. Some trips have limited spaces available and spaces can go quickly. Due to the volume of trips we run, consent and payment deadlines are strictly adhered to and will not be extended.

School Shop

Student Services carry a small stock of essential items that can purchased via ParentyPay and will then be available for collection 24hrs after payment is made. 

Prices are subject to change;

  • Mouthguards - £3.50
  • Padlocks £4.00 each*
  • Maths kits £1.70 each
  • Replacement planners £4.25 each (please state house group)
  • School hijabs £4.00 each (please state preferred colour)
  • School ties £7.00 each (please state house)
  • Calculators £10.00 each 

*Please note this is the price which we purchase this item for.  However, we are aware they can be purchased directly from high-street shop cheaper (B&M, Poundland etc)
