Student Absence
If students are ill, please call the Academy before 9.00 a.m. on the day of absence on 01908 555620 extension 668. Alternatively please email at: sixthform@thehazeleyacademy.com.
If students know they need to take a day off, to visit individual universities for instance, they should complete a Leave of Absence form and hand this into the Sixth Form Office for approval.
