Update: Despite two year groups being out on trips, we raised £339 each for Cool EarthTM and The Brain Tumour Charity during Drop Down Day on Monday 22nd June 2015. Thanks to everyone for their contributions.
Cool Earth are working alongside 113 rainforest villages throughout the world to help protect over 500,000 acres of forest that lie directly in the path of chainsaws and bulldozers. At least 90% of each donation goes directly to their projects and you can read more about their work here.
The Brain Tumour Charity is funded solely by voluntary donations and is committed to improve life chances by funding scientific and clinical research, raising awareness, offering support and information to those affected and influencing policy. Click here to read more about this charity.
