Bronze Practice Expedition: 18th & 19th May 2013

Key Dates:
Saturday 2nd March 2013: 9.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. A 4 hour rotation consisting of:
- 1 hour on menu planning and using trangias;
- 1 hour on how to put up a tent;
- 1 hour on how to read maps and use compasses; and
- 1 hour on route planning for the Bronze practice.
Saturday 20th April 2013: 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. 4-5 hour walk with a member of staff locally from the Academy, then finishing route planning.
Saturday 18th/Sunday 19th May 2013: Practice Expedition
Saturday 15th/Sunday 16th June 2013: Final Expedition
